Application View for Media Servers 3.x

Audience

This course is intended for personnel who are responsible for the generation and distribution of reports on an Intervoice platform using the Application View product.

Description

This one-day course is designed to provide an overview of the architecture of the system. Report generation, scheduling and delivery procedures will be covered.

Prerequisites

  • Basic Windows 2003, XP or 2000 navigation skills.
  • Control Center navigation skills.

Objectives

  • State the purpose of the Application View reporting package. 
  • Describe the system architecture associated with Application View. 
  • Describe the log files created by Application View. 
  • Discuss how client information is maintained when communications with the Application View server is lost. 
  • Discuss the Control Center Application View interface. 
  • Discuss Application View reports to include: report types, report configuration, report scheduling, report delivery and report interpretation.
