Control Center for IQTalk Systems
Audience
This course is intended for personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Intervoice systems and their component servers (Voice Browsers, Speech Servers, Admin Servers, etc.)
Description
This one-day course is designed to provide an overview of the purpose, functions and system architecture of Control Center. System status and control, alarm monitoring, and file transfer will be covered. Administrative functions such as creating user accounts and user auditing are also part of the course.
Prerequisites
- Basic Windows Operating System navigation skills.
- An understanding of Intervoice IVR runtime functions would be beneficial, but not essential.
Objectives

State the purpose of Control Center.

Describe the system architecture associated with Control Center.

Discuss the preferences tab for establishing configuration settings for Control Center components.

Use the Manage feature of Control Center to monitor and control Media Servers.

Use the Alert feature to monitor for alarms from Media Servers.

Use the Deploy feature to transfer files to Media Servers.

Create User Accounts for Control Center.

Describe an audit trail for Control Center users.
