Intervoice Banking Application Administration

Audience

This course is intended for personnel who monitor and manage the Intervoice Banking Application. Application programmers, resellers and project leaders will also benefit from the course.

Description

This two-day course provides an introduction to the Intervoice Banking Application. Topics will include the Media Server 3.0 runtime system, reporting and logging, Administration modules, system modifications, and basic troubleshooting.

Prerequisites

  • Experience with PC operating systems.
  • Basic Windows 2003, 2000 or XP navigation skills.

Objectives

  • Identify the key components of the Banking Server runtime system.
  • Identify the key components of the Intervoice Banking Application architecture.
  • Identify the main reports and log files.
  • Create and modify user accounts
  • Maintaining transfer hours and extensions
  • Maintaining audio files
  • Use Intervoice utilities to verify Media Server functionality.
