IP Contact Center Administration

Audience

This course is intended for personnel who will manage users and resources on the IP Contact Center system. No prerequisites are needed.

Description

This course is intended for personnel who will manage the IP Contact Center system. The course demonstrates the basic operation of the IP Contact Center Desktop and the IP Contact Administration window. Students will create new users, download media components, set thresholds, and look at reporting. The course is activity-driven with students participating in all administrative tasks.

Objectives

  • Review the capabilities of the IP Contact Center system.
  • Examine the functionality of the IP Contact Center Desktop.
  • Use the Administration window to create new users.
  • Examine the components that make up a new user.
  • Define new wav file and web source.                       
  • Modify the address book.
  • Review hours of operation and business logic.
  • Set user thresholds.
  • Set Workflow associations.                                       
  • Demonstrate the Central Management Console.
  • Demonstrate the Report Upgrade and Import Administrator.
