Intervoice Named Market Share Leader for Self-service Ports Shipped and Installed

DALLAS, November 12, 2007 – Intervoice, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTV) today announced that independent research firm, Tern Systems, has re-issued its annual market share report titled “Telephone Self-service Markets, Products & Suppliers 2007” showing again that Intervoice continues to lead the IVR/voice portal market . The independent study states that Intervoice has the largest installed base in IVR/voice portal, including the largest number of speech ports installed, and also shows that Intervoice had the largest market share of ports shipped in 2006 at 9.8 percent.
