Based on patent-pending Intervoice reporting processes, Application View delivers detailed tracking of touch-tone and speech-enabled applications running on VoiceXML or Intervoice IQTalk. Media Server
The Media Server is a standards-based platform that leverages the power of next generation open standards to create a single, unified environment for the development, deployment and management of voice solutions. The Media Server includes a certified and compliant VoiceXML Browser, CCXML Browser, MTC runtime modules, as well as the telephony hardware. This system provides access to other servers via MRCP for speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech conversion (TTS).
