InVision Studio
InVision Studio enables the creation, modification, and testing of advanced call flow scripts for both voice and touch tone
applications. As a call center development environment, InVision Studio features a graphical drag and drop canvas tool to develop
voice user interface (VUI) applications, a design tool, and an export feature from a graphical canvas, a window to view the exported
VoiceXML, a grammar builder and a test facility. InVision Studio is fully compliant with the latest open standards tool approved by
the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) which allows developers to concentrate on application call flows, design, and the user experience
rather than upon cumbersome code syntax and structure.

Voice Portal offers a media management software management tool that stores, retrieves, and manages prompts in a distributed web environment. This tool also features personas as different implementations of a voice, language, gender, locale, special accent—or even personality traits such as sarcastic, energetic, happy, very business-like or solemn.
